What happens after I invest?


Here at Prime Centrum we offer a world class service throughout your investment experiences, from the first point of contact through to reservation and aftersales. Every client has a dedicated property consultant who works with him/her during the purchase process. We also have a client liaison team on hand to deal with any queries.

The team will assist you with the investment process, from reservation through to exchange of contracts. After that, they will remain on hand to answer any queries you may have regarding your investment. They will also send you regular updates on the investment, including reports on construction progress and market fundamentals. You are welcome to speak with the team regarding your portfolio at any time.
