In a recent article put together by The Times, Liverpool’s Baltic triangle and North Docks were named as the coolest places to live in Britain, drawing on its cultural heritage, city arts and party scene – making it the trendiest place to call home in the UK.
The Baltic Triangle and North Docks beat Manchester’s Ancoats to the top position, while Forest Gate in London and Brighton in East Sussex also made the list.
The entry for Liverpool said: “In the Baltic Triangle abandoned factories have been repopulated by tech start-ups, burlesque shows and pop-up club nights.”
This news will come as no surprise to those familiar with the Baltic Triangle or living there already as investors and developers alike flock to the northern city to service the demand for quality and cost effective rented accommodation for young working professionals.
Prime Centrum’s very own Kings Dock Mill development falls in the centre of the Baltic Triangle and is racking up global interest from a variety of investors. As Liverpool experiences huge cultural and economic augmentation – demand for housing and to be part of this shift has never been higher.
